For outstanding contribution towards NCC and youth empowerment through various activities, the NCC, NER Directorate has awarded Dr. Mantu Baro, Assistant Professor and Associate NCC Officer of Dibrugarh University with a Cash Incentive and an Appreciation Letter. His Excellency, Prof. Jagdish Mukhi, presented the award in a felicitation programme held at Governor’s Conference hall on 22.10.2021. Additional Director General of NER Directorate, Major General Bhaskar Kalita was also present on the occasion.
